How it Works: 1. Overview

Our mission is to help you find great new music. To re-create that thrill of buying a new album and playing it for the first time, and hopefully setting to play on repeat, or wearing out the grooves of the vinyl.

If you know what we are talking about, you are probably Generation X (click for Wikipedia definition). We are, and we are not deaf yet!

We do this by having a handful of curators (we call them the A&R team) trawl for great new music, and create “albums” from them – like a mix tape if you like. Each of our curators has very different tastes from each other,  so we think you will find one whose taste gels with yours. Subscribe to get updates when they publish a new one.

To make it onto our curated lists, the music has to be great, and it has to be new. Read the next section to understand what we mean by that and how we go about it, or take a divert and go and meet the team now.
